What You’ll Do
As a Visa Manager, you will:
- Oversee Key Clients: Manage relationships with important clients who use Cultural Vistas for J-1 Visa sponsorship.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Address client needs promptly and maintain open communication.
- Support University of Waterloo: Facilitate operations for this key partner by managing communications and application processing.
- Provide Visa Expertise: Guide Visa Specialists and ensure compliance with visa regulations.
- Manage Escalated Issues: Make decisions on complex visa matters.
- Lead a Team: Supervise Visa Specialists and Program Assistants.
You will report to the Director of Operations and play a crucial role in maintaining successful visa programs.
