About the Role
Algasim Family is located in Toronto and we are looking to hire full time Children Caregiver. The suitable person for this position will be kind and dependable, well structured, and highly enthusiastic about caring for children and meeting their needs.
You will oversee the children’s safety and wellbeing and their emotional, social and educational well-being so that they can flourish.
Your day will primarily consist of keeping children occupied, engaging in entertaining chores for them, and helping them with their schoolwork. Furthermore, you’ll also have some scope for completing a variety of household chores to provide a protective and supportive environment in the house.
Although some degree of freedom will be allowed in the organization of your daily routine, you will be closely interacting with the parents to ensure that the children’s requirements are met.
Primary Objectives
Child Engagement and Oversight
Your primary task will be to professionally take care of the children residing within the household. You will see to it that those supervised activities are worthwhile, enjoyable, and educative.
This may involve organizing different out-sights, playing with the children, doing crafts, or helping them with their assignments. In the course of performing your duties, you’ll also ensure that the children are healthy, safe, and emotionally content.
Maintaining an Environment That is Healthy and Orderly.
As a Child Caregiver, you will also make sure that a certain child is not in the dirty depressed environment where there is doom and no order. This will include washing the rooms used by the children, packing toys and supplies, cleaning the rooms and even helping to prepare meals.
Organised environment is beneficial for the children and for the peace of family rigid order.
Physical Assistance in Cooking and Serving
